What is NLP?
NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is the practice of understanding how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to affect their decisions and outcomes. NLP uses powerful, non-intrusive, techniques to remove beliefs you may have about yourself; helps you set new goals, create opportunities and perform at your best; boosts your confidence; and helps you overcome negative feelings.
NLP leaves you feeling uplifted, not open and raw as some counselling can do.
Who does NLP coaching?
People do NLP coaching to address any one of a wide range of issues affecting their lives. It could be you’re looking for the right career path, you want to build self-confidence or leadership skills, you’d like to lose weight or you’re seeking happiness and fulfilment in your personal life. You could have a teenager and need help in parenting them.
Whatever challenge you’re facing, once you’ve made the decision to get help, I work with you to identify the exact nature of your problem and give you step-by-step actions to overcome it – allowing you to move forward, make effective choices and feel positive.
How do you do the coaching?
Currently, I coach via zoom and have found this to be an extremely successful platform to use during the pandemic. I can coach at any time of the day, to clients all over the world. I’ll continue to coach via zoom while the pandemic is on-going.
Can I have coaching sessions on the weekend or during the evenings?
I’ll always do my best to be as flexible as possible to fit in with your requirements.
How do I get the best out of my coaching?
You’ll need privacy and be free from distractions. You’ll need a PC or laptop and you must be ready to decide to change.
How long are the coaching sessions?
The initial FREE brief consultation – which enables me to understand the nature of your problem and decide if working together is the best fit for us both – is no longer than 30 minutes long.
Usually, the regular sessions last between 40 minutes and 1 hour.
Alternatively, a Breakthrough Coaching Session – for clients who know exactly the type of help they want – lasts between 2 and 4 hours. This is an intensive, one-off session, targeting a specific problem area.
How much do the coaching sessions cost?
The first initial brief consultation is FREE.
A regular session costs £85. Sessions are block-booked in advance.
A Breakthrough Coaching Session costs £250.
What happens if you can't help me?
The initial FREE brief consultation enables me to understand the nature of your problem and to decide if working together is the best fit for us both. If I believe your issue is too complex, or falls outside of my area of expertise, I’ll recommend suitable professionals for you to get in touch with. So far, everyone who has committed to change has had life-changing results.
What happens if we don't ‘click’?
That's absolutely fine. Not everyone gels instantly and you’re welcome to say so. I have your best interests at heart and I want you to find a way forward. After all, this is about you and you’ve been brave enough to take the first step.
