My coaching takes a multi-layered approach, combining my knowledge and skills as a certified NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Master NLP; as well as a Hypnotherapy Practitioner, to provide the bespoke coaching for each individual client.
How it works:
I offer a FREE brief consultation to understand the nature of your problem and to decide if working together is the best fit for us both.
A series of 6 coaching sessions, lasting between 40 minutes and 1 hour long, will follow.
We’ll start by working together to isolate the exact nature of your problem and agree a goal to work towards. If you’re willing and prepared to work with me to address the reasons why you need help in a particular area, it usually takes five or six sessions to achieve your best outcome.
Each session costs £85.
